Justine Kreis
Founder & Managing Director
Justine Kreis is a Private Markets strategist with 25+ years’ experience advising Family Offices, Private Banks, institutional investors and GPs across Europe and the Middle East.
She brings a 360° view of Private Markets, having worked:

at and with Family Offices: advising on allocation, investments and fund selection

in Private Banking: building & expanding private markets platforms, developing banker education programs, integrating private markets into discretionary portfolios at UBS, as Head of Alternatives at Credit Suisse and HSBC EMEA

at GPs, designing bespoke investor investment programs and supporting fundraising at Ardian and Granville Baird
She also led business units at BlackRock and BNY Mellon, gaining deep experience within global asset managers, product manufacturing and capital-raising environments.
She holds a degree in Economics and an MBA Certificate at the London School of Economics, and a Sustainability Strategy certificate from Harvard Business School. Franco-Swiss, she is bilingual in English and French, and fluent in Italian.
